The service & the food both excel each other. We had a little issue with our initial booking, but one of the managers called Kevin went all & above to help us. Also the head chef Martin Haidar is a true magician. He makes one of the best desserts in London. I highly recommend the cheesecake, chocolate hazelnut cake, also the pistachio tart. Will go back

Visited Chinoiserie for an afternoon tea during the festive spirit of Christmas Eve in December. Firstly, the grand staircase, adorned with elegant Christmas garlands and unique waterdrop-shaped lights, sets a sophisticated and celebratory tone upon arrival. Inside, the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant is evident, with a plush green banquette offering a cozy spot for guests. The richly decorated wall, showcasing a curated collection of diverse artwork in ornate frames, adds a touch of classic elegance and visual interest to the space. The afternoon tea spread itself looks absolutely delightful, with a beautifully presented selection of scones in various shades, hinting at unique flavors. Accompanied by an array of delectable preserves and creams, it's clear that every detail has been considered to create a memorable culinary experience. The delicate china teacups and teapots further enhance the refined and elegant atmosphere, making it a truly special occasion perfect for the festive season.

This was by far one of the best afternoon teas we’ve had in London. The sandwiches were very tasty and the desserts were perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. However, I must say that the highlight of our visit was the service. The staff here were so kind, attentive and knowledgable. You could tell the team puts a lot of effort into their training and development making this a truly memorable experience in an upscale yet cost setting. Our main waiter even took the time to share information about their upcoming festive offering and we will definitely return again soon. For anyone who wants an authentic afternoon tea in a gorgeous setting away from the busy streets of London, this is the place to be.

My cousin and I had the absolute pleasure of having Afternoon Tea for a 3pm sitting at this wonderful establishment yesterday. Their current seasonal theme offers a delightful twist on traditional Afternoon Tea courses. You can also have a glass of bubbles - my cousin and I had the Rose Brut which was exquisite. The courses included traditional finger sandwiches - the Coronation Chicken and Smoked Salmon were my favourite but the other options were also lovely. There were great additional delights during our servings. Needless to say that desserts had to be boxed and taken on departure - we were content with what we had enjoyed. We really enjoyed the mint tea too before leaving. Also last but certainly not least, the service that we experienced from our Waiter Zeryab (apologies if we have misspelt his name) was outstanding. He was professional, warm, knowledgeable about every item/course and welcoming. Zeryab is an absolute credit to the Charlton Towers Jumeirah, he made our experience one to remember - so much so that we have already planned to return! Thoroughly recommend having Afternoon Tea here.

We had the most lovely afternoon tea, that somehow stretched out for over two hours! We were seated in a quiet area off the beautifully decorated lobby, away from the bustle of the regular restaurant. Tea began with a yummy amuse Bouche of a mushroom tart, followed by a variety of savory tea sandwiches. Then the classic scones with cream and jam. We added a caviar course and a bottle of Dom. The caviar had all the expected accouterments but ended up being unnecessary because the amount of food was over the top! The desserts arrived and were just like art! The chocolate mousse in the shape of Christmas tree was so cute. The poached pear atop a lemon tart was a favorite. The only snafu was at the end when we asked for more champagne. The waiter kind of disappeared and took so long we were ready to leave. We ended up not getting the final course of the cake, but we did take home some of the dessert course as we were all so full. Overall a great experience and we would go again. Just know it’s a mountain of good and it takes longer than you expect!

After completing my thirty days of afternoon tea, which was the most delightful experience of my life, I can state with confidence that The Chinoiserie offers the best afternoon tea in all of London. A Tribute to Nature, conceptualized by Mr. Andrea Salerno, whose passion and dedication to afternoon tea is immeasurable, is truly exquisite. Everything is carefully curated, from the decor to the tea selection to the menu, to provide a superlative and innovative afternoon tea experience. The presentation of the food is art, in and of itself. And it is art that is the most delectable to consume. I am incredibly impressed by the menu, which remains true to classic afternoon tea, yet at the same time springs elements of creativity and innovation that set it apart entirely from others. I cannot recommend The Chinoiserie highly enough.

I found the afternoon tea, via the afternoon tea awards website (we often use this to go to various spots) and it’s fair to say that the service and the food was exceptional from start to finish! The food was truly delightful, the coronation chicken was the award winner for me, but all of the other sandwiches were just as delightful. The palette cleansers in between the rounds were a very thoughtful touch and were just as delicious as the main courses. The scones were the best we’ve ever had, the texture and taste were just on point and not too heavy like others we’ve had before and then for the deserts - well these were truly delectable!! Tea was fantastic! Moreover, the service provided by Kirril was utterly outstanding, his knowledge on the tea’s, the recommendations he made and his approach to customer service, was just perfect. Kirril certainly made our visit that bit more special - he is an asset to the team and you can see his passion and enthusiasm in what he does. Thank you truly, for a fantastic experience! Will recommend time and time again!
